Dear Parent/Carer,  

 

European Parliament Ambassador School Trip to Europe House – Tuesday 5^th December 2023

 

Your child is invited to attend a trip to Europe House on Tuesday 5^th December. This visit is to celebrate your child’s involvement in the programme and to receive their award. In addition to this, your child will have the opportunity to have a Q&A session with current and former MEPs from across Europe.

 

We will leave for Upminster Bridge Station at 12.15pm by Academy minibus.  We will then travel by London Underground to Westminster Station.  The awards ceremony finishes at 5pm and so we should arrive back at Upminster Bridge Station around 6.30pm where your child will need to be collected.

 

Pupils will be expected to wear full school uniform. Pupils need to have their Oyster Card for travel topped up with at least £2. Pupils should bring a packed lunch, including plenty of water and snacks for the day.  If your child is entitled to a Free School Meal and you would like the Academy to prepare a lunch, please contact me and I can arrange this.

 

Although this trip is free of charge, ParentPay is available until Thursday 23rd November for you to leave your consent, emergency contact details and any medical information.
